Meditation and the Smell of Relax

Have you ever closed your eyes with the hope to open them and finding yourself in the middle of a forest, where everything is natural, untouched and pure?  Or at least, in some other amazing destination…? The answer is probably YES.
Psychology Today   says that “meditation may help squash anxiety”, and this is why here at Scent Sciences we are working on softwares that can help you and your imagination creating a more immersive environment to satisfy your precious relaxing time.

The idea of synchronizing music and scents has been one of our biggest interests since the very beginning of our adventure. Scent can recall specific feelings and emotions, especially if related to melodies that you would personally choose. A few popular scents used for aromatherapy are Lavender, Chamomile, Sage, Eucalyptus, Lemon, Peppermint, Rosemary – but what would you choose if you had the opportunity?

Our idea of aromatherapy goes beyond the goal of relaxing after a stressful period of time, but as livestrong.com outlined your mood would improve, as well as your alertness.  So what are the TOP 3 SCENTS that you would like to be able to smell while meditating?

Let us know, we are working for you!
